Pam WeigandSonny and Pam were introduced to the NRO by Marty Davis after building a house in Breckenridge in 1997.  They have always been impressed by the tremendous accomplishments of the young musicians under Carl Topilow’s masterful direction.  They also appreciate the contribution the musicians make to the Breck community.  Pam believes it is important to continue this tradition by both helping to raise money and supporting the leadership of the NRO.

Pam served on the NRO Board for six years during the early 2000s, focusing on the development of new fundraising events and opportunities.  Additionally, both Pam and Sonny have been part of the Community Link host program for 14 years and are proud to be NRO Sustainers.

An avid volunteer, Pam is also involved with many other organizations, including Gathering Place Association (Treasurer), Junior Symphony Guild (Board of Trustees), Fine Arts Foundation (Finance Chair), Central City Opera Association Guild, Assistance League of Denver, and the Girl Scouts of America.  After graduating Hollins University with a BA in French and English literature, she worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Pam is married to Robert “Sonny” Wiegand with three children and six grandchildren.
